How do I create an account?
Click LOGIN (top right), then “Create one”, or sign in directly with Google or Apple. One account works everywhere: web, mobile and PC. Your pilot is created in-game on your first login.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in page, click “Forgot password?” and we'll email you a reset link, valid for 1 hour. If you signed up with Google or Apple you don't have a password here; use their button to sign in.
How do I change my email?
Account page → Account info → Change. You confirm your current password and the change applies once you verify the new address. Until then your old email keeps working.
I didn't get my verification email.
Check your spam folder first, then use “Resend verification” on your account page. Accounts created with Google or Apple are verified automatically and never need this step.
Can I have more than one pilot?
Yes: up to 5 pilots per account, each one fully independent. They share nothing except your Qcoin balance. Create and switch pilots in-game under Settings → Account.
How do I delete my account?
Account page → Delete account. After confirming there is a 15 day grace period; during that window you can cancel from your account page. When it ends, the account and its pilots are permanently removed.
Payments & Qcoin
What is Qcoin?
Qcoin is the premium currency of your ACCOUNT: one balance shared by all your pilots, on mobile and PC. You spend it in-game on gold packs and premium items.
How do I buy Qcoin?
Open the Shop, sign in, pick a pack and pay securely through Stripe. Qcoin lands on your account within seconds.
Are purchases refundable?
Unused Qcoin is refundable: if you haven't spent any Qcoin from a purchase, contact us and we'll refund it. Once Qcoin from a purchase has been spent, that purchase is final. Full details in the Refund Policy.
I paid but didn't get my Qcoin.
Qcoin is credited automatically within about a minute. If it's still missing, contact us from the email used for the purchase and include the receipt; we'll credit it or refund the charge.
Where do I see my balance?
In-game, in the top menu and the Gold Shop. Your purchase history lives on your account page on the web.
Is Orbit Legacy pay to win?
No. Paid items are cosmetics (skins), convenience and time-savers. Combat power comes from playing: gear drops, enhancement and the player-driven market.
Technical
I can't connect.
Check your connection and restart the client. If it persists, ask on our Discord (someone will know if the server is down) or contact us with your platform and the exact error message.
The game crashes.
Update to the latest version and restart your device first. If it keeps happening, send us your device model, OS version and what you were doing when it crashed; that's usually enough to reproduce it.
Which platforms are supported?
iOS and Android today. PC, Steam and Mac are coming soon, with cross-progression: same account, same pilots, same Qcoin.
Is there a PC version?
Coming soon. Your account is already cross-platform, so everything you build on mobile carries over the day PC launches.
Gameplay
How do I create my pilot?
On your first login you pick a pilot name and a faction, and you spawn at your faction's home base. You can create more pilots later in Settings → Account.
What are the factions?
Earth, Mars and Venus. Your faction sets your home space and your allies. You can change faction later in the in-game settings, with a 7 day cooldown between changes.
How do world bosses work?
Six instanced bosses spawn on a weekly schedule. Beat the enrage timer for a shot at top-tier gear through a fair loot raffle among everyone who contributed.
I died and lost items. Is that normal?
In dangerous space (X-3 and beyond), the unprotected part of your backpack drops on death and anyone can loot it. That risk is core to the game's economy. Gold items and equipped pilot gear never drop. Details in the Guide.
Where do I learn the game's systems?
The Guide covers everything with real numbers: maps, enhancement, crafting, lifeskills, galaxy gates, pirates and more.
